SOCIAL STRATEGIST + COPYWRITER
SOUTHBOUND400 is a 400 mile race spanning the entirety of the Empire State Trail, from the Canada-United States Border down to Battery Park, the very bottom of Manhattan, in New York City. This was the second year of this ultra-distance relay race, where teams comprised of 8 runners— 6 male and 2 female identifying runners, raced over the span of 3 days to win either the day’s stage or overall race.
2024’s race gained double the teams as compared to the inaugural year, more partnerships, and bigger, better start/end location points for participants. In turn, a proper social media strategy became key to highlight such a feat.
